Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not store your credit card details. We receive your subscription status, plan type, and customer identifier from Dodo Payments.

Contact lists: When you create follow-up lists, the business contact data (names, emails, phone numbers) you save is stored in your account.

Communications: If you contact us for support, we may retain the content of those communications.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your searches and deliver business contact results
• Send emails and SMS messages on your behalf through the Service
• Manage your subscription and enforce plan limits

• Supabase for authentication and database hosting
• Dodo Payments for subscription billing and payment processing
• Resend for sending emails on your behalf
• Twilio for sending SMS messages on your behalf

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With third-party service providers listed above, as necessary to operate the Service

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Business contact data you collect through the Service (follow-up lists) is stored as long as you maintain an active account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
