Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using LeadLu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LeadLu is a SaaS platform that helps users discover businesses via Google Maps, collect publicly available contact information, create follow-up lists, and send email and SMS outreach messages. The Service also includes a lead pipeline tracker, AI-powered reply suggestions, email campaigns, and a growth roadmap.

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LeadLu offers paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) with the Starter plan including a 3-day free trial. A limited free plan may be available for legacy users. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Dodo Payments.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page
• Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a full refund within 24 hours after purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@leadlu.com
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Each plan has specific usage limits (leads, saved leads, email sends, SMS sends, campaigns, etc.) as described on our pricing page. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if we detect usage patterns that are abusive, automated beyond normal use, or designed to circumvent plan limits.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, CASL, or equivalent)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or business
• Collect or store data for illegal purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or data obtained through it
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal API usage

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

When you send emails or SMS messages through LeadLu, you are the sender of those messages and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable messaging laws, including but not limited to:

• Including accurate sender identification
• Providing a clear opt-out mechanism for recipients
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly
• Not sending messages to numbers on Do Not Call registries

LeadLu provides the tools to send messages but does not guarantee delivery. We are not liable for any consequences arising from messages you send.

Business contact information obtained through the Service is sourced from publicly available data on Google Maps and other public directories. LeadLu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (lists, templates, campaign content). We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, features, and branding.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Business data will be accurate or up to date
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Emails or SMS messages will be delivered successfully

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadLu and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadLu from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including recipients of your outreach messages.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of account termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadLu operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
